Dans le restaurant gastronomique "Fischers Fritz" de l'hôtel Regent de Berlin, et avec deux étoiles Michelin à son palmarès, Christian Lohse, le Chef de Cuisine, vous concocte des spécialités du plus haut standing à base de poisson et de fruits de mer.

Le menu du Fischers Fritz a été spécialement élaboré entre le Chef de Cuisine Christian Lohse et Yves Mattagne, Chef du Sea Grill à Bruxelles détenteur de deux étoiles au Michelin depuis de nombreuses années.

Le restaurant offre une vue unique sur la place historique du Gendarmenmarkt et une ambiance exclusive. Il est ouvert de midi à 14h et de 18h30 à 22h30.

Vous pouvez y organiser un déjeuner d'affaires dans un salon privé pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 15 personnes ou simplement un petit banquet privé.

Order a 1-, 2- or 3-course lunch menu, or any dinner menu, *€ 5 and *€ 10 respectively will be donated to "A Heart for Children", BILD's Charity organization.

About three million children living below the poverty line (with an upward trend) are registered in Germany. More than 800.000 children are under-nourished and are being deprived of basic necessities.
